    b) Web analytics and conversion tracking

We use the analysis tool Google Analytics (https://analytics.google.com/) for our website.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service operated and provided by Google LLC. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States).

We also use the conversion tracking solution Twitter Pixel (https://business.twitter.com/) for our website.

Twitter Pixel is a tool, to target advertising content even more effectively to your needs, operated and provided by Twitter Inc. (1355 Market St 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States)

Google as well as Twitter processes the website usage data on our behalf.

Following the ECJ's judgment "Schrems II", the data transfer to the USA could no longer rely on an adequacy decision ("Privacy Shield" under Art. 45 GDPR). Also, standard data protection clauses are not sufficient, because the USA does not provide adequate protection of your personal dates under Union law.

The data transfer to the USA is therefore not compliant with the GDPR due to the lack of an adequate level of protection of your personal data in the USA.
